Médina Necklace spreads an openwork frieze in 750 gold plating, three microns, just below the throat. At its heart, a square turned on its point brings together a central cubic zirconia and an outline of small round ones. Granulated rings on either side, joined by twisted bars, follow the curve of the neck. The trace chain then continues, fine and even, to the nape. Length: 45 cm.
