Delivery

Dispatched within 24-48 working hours.

Europe: €8.90, free from €100 (5-7 working days)

Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the law, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give a reason.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of receipt. Items must be returned in their original condition. Contact us at contact@eclatdevivie.com to start a return.

Disputes

French law applies. In the event of a dispute, consumers may bring proceedings before the court of their choice, in accordance with applicable law.
