Data deletion

To delete your Éclat de Vivie account and the associated personal data, including the information received from Facebook or Google when you signed in, email us at contact@eclatdevivie.com from your account’s email address, with the subject “Data deletion request”.

We delete your account, the link with Facebook or Google and your personal data within 30 days, then confirm it to you by email. Only the records we are legally required to keep are retained (invoices, 10 years).

Facebook: Settings & privacy, Settings, Apps and websites, then remove Éclat de Vivie.

Google: myaccount.google.com/connections, then remove Éclat de Vivie.

Removing access prevents any new sign-in through that service; your Éclat de Vivie account remains active until you ask for it to be deleted.
